Our Firm
Litigation:
Richard, Dennis, and Abby have spent their careers litigating and going to trial in large, complex commercial and intellectual property cases. Typically they are opposed by some of the largest firms in the country. For example, in 2023, they obtained a $469 million jury verdict against DISH Network, the largest patent verdict of the year. They recently achieved a $200 million settlement in a financial fraud case against an international accounting firm.
They have represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the country. Not all their cases are that large; they represent clients in matters of all sizes. They successfully handle a wide array of commercial and intellectual property cases because they immerse themselves in the legal and factual issues each case presents. Thorough preparation and intellectual curiosity are key to their success.
